Keep in mind that some of them may have additional requirements. For example, obtaining approvals from regulatory authorities, having the appropriate education, a real office, etc.

In the SEZ, you can register a sole proprietorship, a limited liability company, a branch, etc. We recommend working with lawyers to select the optimal types of activities and organizational and legal structure.

After successful registration, the founders are entitled to obtain a visa based on their investment in the UAE. The application must be accompanied by a passport and a company license. At this stage, you will need to come to the country for a medical examination and fingerprinting. 

Bank accounts can be opened in the name of the company upon presentation of a license, as well as in the name of an individual with a visa. You can choose either an online bank with a faster verification procedure or a traditional bank, which may require more documents.  

Within three months of obtaining a license, it is important to register the company with the tax authorities to avoid penalties. We recommend consulting with lawyers in advance to understand the tax rates applicable to your business and ways to optimize your tax burden.

First, you need to register with the Ministry of Labor, where a labor file will be opened for the company with a certain number of visa quotas. These quotas can then be used to apply for work visas, after signing an employment contract. Keep in mind that the employer in the UAE is responsible for the cost of employee visas.
