Document preparation and submission.
The list of required documents may vary depending on the emirate and individual circumstances, but typically includes:
→ Passports of all family members and the sponsor’s Emirates ID. Passports must be valid for at least six months.
→ Documents confirming family relationships, such as marriage or birth certificates. These documents must be legally attested for use in the UAE.
→ Proof of the sponsor’s income (e.g., salary certificate).
→ Tenancy contract or proof of property ownership. When sponsoring parents, a separate room in the apartment is usually required.
→ Medical insurance documents.
→ A copy of the employment contract or company trade license, depending on the sponsor’s visa category.
 
Important: If the mother is sponsoring her children, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the father is also required.

Interview (if applicable).
In certain cases, immigration authorities may request an interview with the sponsor and/or family members to verify the accuracy of the submitted information.

Medical examination and biometric data submission (fingerprinting).

Visa issuance and Emirates ID.
Upon successful completion of all stages, applicants receive their residence visas and Emirates ID cards.
