Property purchase. Owning real estate in Dubai valued between AED 750,000 and AED 2,000,000 may qualify you for residency from 2 to 10 years.
Family sponsorship. If you have close relatives who are UAE residents, they may act as sponsors for your residency application.

2. Obtaining entry permission

The next stage is obtaining an entry permit or completing a status change if you are already in the country. These documents are usually arranged by the free zone or agents who submitted your application. After the entry permit is issued, you must enter the UAE within 60 days.

3. Medical test

While in the country, you must complete a medical test. This includes a chest X-ray and blood tests. It is a mandatory procedure used to confirm the absence of infectious diseases.

4. Completing biometrics

At this stage, you must complete biometric registration, including fingerprint scanning. This is required to create your personal biometric record in the UAE security system.

5. Submitting the residency application and receiving Emirates ID

The final step is submitting the resident visa application and applying for the local identity card. This process includes completing the application form and providing all required documents (medical reports, test results, photographs, and proof of eligibility). Once approved, your Emirates ID will be delivered to your home by courier.
